Customer Service Excellence Manifesto

Excellence-Aristotle-customer-service

Customer Service Excellence begins with YOU.

We are each others customers, family, friends, co-workers, bosses, and everyone else.

Every interaction between 2 or more people requires customer service excellence .

Be alert to give service. What counts a great deal in life is what we do for others.~Anonymous

Be responsible for your 100% of every interaction.

Treat everyone as you would be treated.

Your customer is your reason not an inconvenience.

Aim for 1% better every day.

YOU can only control one person – YOU.

Smile not only with your lips, also with your eyes. It warms the people around you.

DO the very best you can with what you have.

Great services are not canceled by one act or by one single error.~ Benjamin Disraeli (1804 – 1881)

Every interaction is an opportunity to make a connection.

Excerpt from Desiderata

As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

This is my Customer Service Excellence Manifesto I am being the change I want to see in the world..

About Elaine
Airport security takes on a whole new meaning when big chunks of metal are part of your body. I've lost track of the number of surgeries I've had. I made an important choice: I could be a victim of pain and adversity or I could overcome it. I’m hellbent on happy: I choose happy no matter what life throws at me. I play the Glad Game every day. I share the wisdom of my choices and my Gran to help you seize the happy no matter what life throws at you.
