Customer Service Excellence begins with YOU.
We are each other’s customers, family, friends, co-workers, bosses, and everyone else.
Every interaction between 2 or more people requires customer service excellence.
Be responsible for your 100% of every interaction.
Treat everyone as you would be treated.
Your customer is your WHY,

Aim for 1% better every day.
YOU can only control one person – YOU.
Smile not only with your lips, also with your eyes. It warms the people around you.
DO the very best you can with what you have.
Every interaction is an opportunity to make a connection.
